Oct. 19 (UPI) -- Hezbollah targeted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's home in Caesarea early Saturday morning with three explosive drones, two of which were destroyed, while the third missed the house.

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu has said that a Hezbollah drone attack on his house was an 'assassination attempt' and a 'grave mistake'.

Netanyahu's response came after a drone was aimed at his residence in the Israeli town of Caesarea. He and his wife Sara were not at home at the time of the attack.

The drone is understood to have struck a building near Mr Netanyahu's residence. Last night, he said: 'The agents of Iran who tried to assassinate me and my wife today made a bitter mistake.'
