Amazon has reduced the price of a viral snail serum that's been dubbed "glass skin" in a bottle.

The online behemoth's Big Deals Days sale is in full swing, offering a plethora of discounts on a vast array of beauty items, with many featured in our live blog. A standout bargain is the COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence, now priced at just £10.40, down from its original £23.99 price.

Touted as "Botox in a bottle", the serum has taken social media by storm, with countless TikTok and Instagram videos praising its virtues. Boasting a 96.3 percent concentration of Snail Secretion Filtrate, it claims to maintain skin moisture while combating dark spots and aging indicators such as fine lines and wrinkles.

As a beauty enthusiast, I'm always keen to try out the latest products that claim to enhance my skin. The CORSX Power Essence had been creating quite a buzz, so naturally, it was on my list to test.

I've previously shared my thoughts on this serum back last November, after a four-month trial period where I initially found it drying and lacking the promised "glass" effect. However, after using the COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence for over a year, I've completely changed my tune.

I can see that regular use of this snail serum has evened out my skin-tone, made it appear brighter and smoother and giving it an overall noticeable glow.

When I first tried it, the essence felt sticky, and I was concerned about it leaving my skin feeling tacky. To my relief, it absorbed quickly.

Despite adhering to the instructions, I was sceptical at first, especially when my skin felt dry during the initial fortnight. But since then, I've picked up some tips that have significantly boosted its performance, making it indispensable to me now.
