Amazon is offering the Tefal Easy Fry Mega Air Fryer for £68.99, reduced from its original price of £139.99. This compact air fryer, with a 7.5L capacity, could completely change your cooking approach.

The grey model is available at this price, but it also comes in black for £69.99, and a smaller 5L version in black for £59.99. It features eight preset programmes for easy cooking at the right time and temperature, adjustable via a rotary knob.

Temperatures range from 80 degrees Celsius to 200, with a maximum timer of 60 minutes. Running at 2020 watts, it should cost only 49p to operate for an hour.

In comparison, a regular oven, which operates between 2000 and 4000 watts depending on power, costs between 49p and 98p to run for 60 minutes. The air fryer isn't limited to roasting or baking - you can also cook typical fried foods like sausages, eggs, vegetables, and chicken, reports the Liverpool Echo.
