BMW CE 02: This Made in India electric scooter will launch on October 1; check specs

For those who are unknown, this electric scooter will be manufactured by the company’s Indian partner company TVS. The launch date for BMW CE 02 electric scooter is October 1.
The company had previously launched the BMW CE 04 scooter for the Indian market but the scooter was manufactured abroad. Well, the case with CE 02 is not the same. As TVS manufactures it, the launch price will be around Rs 5 lakh. On the other hand, BMW CE 04 costs Rs 14.90 lakh.
Specifications
The BMW CE 02 electric scooter gets an option for two battery packs- 4 kW and 11 kW. The 4 kW version generates maximum power of 5.3 bhp and the top speed is limited to 45 kmph. On the other hand, the 11 kW version generates maximum power of 14.7 bhp. The top speed of the scooter goes up to 95 kmph. The electric scooter gets a powerful air-cooled electric motor.
When it comes to design, we get a futuristic design with a flat seat. There are chunky LED headlamps at the front that elevate the look. In terms of suspension, we get USD forks at the front and monoshock at the rear. The scooter is equipped with 14-inch wheels.
