PS5 Pro hits shelves amid massive Black Friday savings on gaming gear from Nintendo to Xbox

It's officially PS5 Pro launch day, and gamers worldwide can finally get their hands on the brand-new console. But that's not all, many retailers have already kicked off their Black Friday sales, offering discounted consoles, games and accessories from PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and Meta.

Very is serving up a host of fantastic gaming deals this Black Friday, including a £150 discount on the Meta Quest 3 512GB + Free Batman Game. Originally priced at £619.99, you can now snag this bundle for just £469.99.

If the Nintendo Switch has been on your wishlist, Very is offering a substantial discount on a bundle that includes the console, switch sports, a 12-month Nintendo membership, Super Mario Party and Super Mario Kart. Usually selling for £374, the retailer has slashed £75 off the set, bringing the price down to a more affordable £299.

The Nintendo Switch OLED hasn't been overlooked in Very's Black Friday sale either, with shoppers now able to purchase the console for less than £300. Originally priced at £309.99, a generous 10% discount brings the cost down to just £299, reports the Mirror.

Amazon is also rolling out some impressive deals ahead of Black Friday. This includes a modest discount on the PlayStation 5 Slim Console and the Xbox Series X, with the PS5 now retailing at £464, down from £479.99, while the Xbox is available for £459, down from £479.99.

If you're in the market for a new PS5 controller, Amazon is offering the stylish PlayStation DualSense Midnight Black Wireless Controller with a 10% discount, reducing the price from £66.30 to £59.99.
