Week 9 vs. Rams

Mike Vorel (6-2)

Rams 28, Seahawks 20: The Rams got back wide receivers Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua, found their groove in an upset win over the Minnesota Vikings, then were granted nine days to get healthy and game-plan for the struggling Seahawks. Seattle may have a division lead over Los Angeles, but Mike Macdonald’s team should not be considered the favorite on Sunday at Lumen Field.

Bob Condotta (4-4)

Rams 27, Seahawks 23: Boy have the Seahawks been hard to read of late, making predictions more difficult than ever. With DK Metcalf, the Seahawks might have the edge. But without him, and with a shaky running game and confidence seeming to be lagging on defense, while the Rams are getting some key players back, this feels like a tough one for the Seahawks.

Matt Calkins (5-3)

Seahawks 22, Rams 21: Seattle is coming off its worst loss of the season, but has shown the ability to bounce back before. This is where the running game finally takes control and puts the Seahawks back over .500.

Scott Hanson (4-3)

Seahawks 31, Rams 28: A sure sign of how far the Seahawks have fallen is that the 3-4 Rams are favored at Lumen Field. Expecting Seattle to rebound from a poor showing against Buffalo, but don’t bet your house on that.

Tim Booth (1-0)

Seahawks 28, Rams 24: Mike Macdonald was hired in part to figure out ways to beat Kyle Shanahan and Sean McVay. He fell short against Shanahan in his first opportunity, but here’s guessing the Seahawks rebound from last week’s dud and Macdonald gets the best of McVay in their first meeting giving the Seahawks a boost going into their bye.
