Cardiff City player ratings as duo pull Bluebirds over the line in Norwich City win
by Tom Coleman · Wales OnlineJak Alnwick 7
Made some good saves to keep his side in it. A really solid performance.
Andy Rinomhota 7
Did okay out at right back. Made a couple of decent runs and made some important challenges. Subbed
Calum Chambers 7
Made a couple of really important interventions to keep Norwich at bay. Didn't really put a foot wrong.
Dimitrios Goutas 7
A couple of good interceptions, and while he didn't look after the ball well enough at times, he did his job defensively really well, including a brilliant block to deny Jack Stacey.
Callum O'Dowda 8 - STAR MAN
Some lovely darting runs out wide all afternoon. Set up the first. Scored the second. Did his job defensively reasonably well too. A brilliant outing.
Manolis Siopis 6
Was occasionally guilty of slowing things down in possession, but was pretty good defensively.
David Turnbull 6
His mistake was to blame for the goal, but kept working and was always in the thick of things to be fair.
Ollie Tanner 7
A pain for the visitors for most of the afternoon. Never stopped bombing up and down that flank.
Rubin Colwill 7
A quiet performance by his recent standards, but did well with the ball at his feet to stretch the Norwich defence.
Chris Willock 6
Missed a good early chance and just laboured to really get himself into full flight in the final third. Subbed.
Anwar El Ghazi 6
Some promising moments, but was largely cancelled out by a well-drilled Norwich defence. Subbed
