Francis Ngannou returns to the ring to face Renan Ferreira tonight.

A heavyweight star in the United Fighting Championship, Ngannou has swapped mixed martial arts (MMA) for boxing for the time being. He had signed a contract with the Professional Fighters League in his preferred discipline of MMA, but he's been taking on some of the best-ever boxing heavyweights in recent times.

Ngannou has faced Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury, and despite losing on both occasions, he earned himself huge plaudits after his performance against the latter, with some fans even suggesting he deserved to win the fight.

The Cameroonian's last outing was against Joshua, where he was knocked out. He's now back in the ring to face fellow MMA star Ferreira, a 34-year-old Brazilian.

A man mountain himself, Ngannou is a towering 6ft 4in and 19.5st, but his opponent is a man of stature, too. Ferreira stands at a whopping 6ft 8in and weighs in at just under 19st.
