EA FC 25 Prime Gaming – why the free Ultimate Team rewards no longer exist

After six years of Ultimate Team rewards, there seems to be no more Prime Gaming rewards for EA FC 25 players.

Prime Gaming rewards were a monthly staple for Ultimate Team players over the last six years, but not anymore, with EA FC 25 Prime Gaming rewards no longer being released.

Since FIFA 19, Amazon Prime and EA Sports have teamed up to offer monthly rewards to players who played FIFA or EA Sports FC while also having an Amazon Prime subscription. These monthly rewards contained player picks, a loan player item, rare gold players, and consumables, but while EA FC 25 has been available for over a month, we're yet to receive any EA FC 25 Prime Gaming rewards.

So, if you've been left scratching your head and wondering where the EA FC 25 Prime Gaming rewards are, the answer is simple – there aren't any. In fact, no in-game rewards are being offered anymore by Prime Gaming, with EA FC 25 just one of the many casualties.

Here's why the EA FC 25 Prime Gaming rewards no longer exist.

Why the EA FC 25 Prime Gaming rewards stopped

Mirror Gaming understands that Prime Gaming is opting to take a different route with its gaming offers, with EA Sports and Prime Gaming no longer offering monthly rewards for EA FC 25 players with an Amazon Prime subscription. Instead of offering in-game rewards across a host of games, Prime Gaming's focus has shifted to offering full games for free to subscribers instead, putting an end to six years of monthly rewards in FIFA and EA Sports FC.

There was never any official statement released by EA, but League of Legends and Valorant developer Riot Games confirmed in December 2023 that Prime Gaming decided not to renew its promotion, with the last rewards being sent out in March this year. The Prime Gaming rewards were halted during EA FC 24, with the EA FC 24 June Prime Gaming rewards (Pack 9) being the final set of rewards sent out.

There was a point in time when the Prime Gaming Ultimate Team rewards were something to really look forward to, and apart from the monthly EA FC 25 Ultimate Team draft tokens you get as an EA Play member, there's no longer any way to earn bonus rewards outside of the game.

Unfortunately, the end of EA Sports FC's Prime Gaming rewards wasn't that surprising, with the monthly packs not the greatest during EA FC 24, resulting in the Ultimate Team community losing interest in general. For all we know, the worsening of rewards could've been a way to make players lose interest and make the removal go slightly unnoticed, but that's all just speculation.
