Charlotte Dawson is reportedly set to have an explosive showdown with her fiancé Matthew Sarsfield as she finally confronts him over his sexting scandal.

The 32-year-old reality star will set the record straight once and for all as she faces off with the rugby league player over the heartbreaking news he had been sending intimate texts to another woman. The couple announced last month that they were expecting their third child, dubbed a “surprise”, but Charlotte has been left hurt following the revelations about Matt’s infidelity.

The couple have been together for eight years, and share sons Noah, three, and Jude, one, but they were rocked when she discovered the 32-year-old had been sexting another woman. Last month, she said in an interview that Matt had been “an idiot” and sent pictures to the woman, who was the ex-girlfriend of one of his rugby friends.

“She tried her luck one night over text when he was drunk and, like an idiot getting a bit of attention, he went for it and sent her pics of his bits. It just doesn't make any sense why he'd risk so much, for that,” Charlotte told OK! According to reports, the daughter of comedy icon Les Dawson is set to confront Matt on an upcoming episode of her podcast The Naughty Corner.

“Everyone wants to know what happened and his side of the story, so Charlotte thought it was the best way to do it. She didn't really give him much choice in the matter and it's fair to say he's not really looking forward to it,” an insider told The Sun.

Charlotte opened up on the state of her relationship following the sexting scandal, and admitted it was hard, but Matt was back living in their family home following reports she’d kicked him out. “Noah is three and he's so clever and quick and he's sensing things. And I don't like it. He was asking where daddy was and I don't want a broken home. I didn't ask for that. I want to do what's best for my kids,” she tearfully shared.

“Matthew says he's going to give everything he's got into making this work and I obviously don't want this new little baby being born into a mess. But I've not made a decision on the future of our engagement yet... Matthew needs to make changes and, until I can see them, I can't decide on what's next for us, romantically,” Charlotte added.
