Joe Hart's wild celebrations during Manchester City's thrilling draw against Arsenal sent John Stones into fits of laughter.

The Man City legend couldn't contain himself in the studio with Ian Wright and Michael Owen after Stones' dramatic 98th-minute strike snatched a point for the Premier League title-holders on Sunday (September 22).

Hart, who was analysing the match for Premier League Productions, let loose a triumphant roar at Wright and gave him a push when Stones levelled the score, followed by some raucous desk-thumping.

The match had been a rollercoaster ride, with Arsenal having turned the game on its head thanks to goals from Riccardo Calafiori and Gabriel Magalhaes that had cancelled out Erling Haaland's remarkable 100th goal for Man City.

The smile was unshakable on Stones' face upon seeing footage of his former team-mate celebrating the late equaliser, though. Hart also couldn't resist belting out Stones' own chant, while telling Wright after his equaliser: "It was always going to happen", reports the Express.

In response to watching Hart's rendition of his song, Stones couldn't help but respond with affection as he said: "Love it, love it Harty". Hart hung up his gloves last year after a trophy-laden 21-year stint that concluded with Celtic's Scottish Cup victory against Rangers earlier this year.

Since his retirement, the former England goalkeeper has become a familiar face in the world of sports broadcasting and provided his insights as a pundit during England's impressive journey to the Euro 2024 final. He stepped into Wright's shoes on Match of the Day, alongside Theo Walcott, when the Arsenal legend departed the BBC show after an illustrious two-decade stint.

City managed to cling onto their Premier League lead, sitting just one point clear of Liverpool, following their clash with Arsenal. Post-match, Stones didn't hold back on his views regarding Arsenal's late-game tactics, labelling them as "dirty".

He remarked: "You can call it clever or dirty, whichever way you want to put it, but they break up the game which upsets the rhythm. They use it to their advantage and we dealt with it very well. They slow the game down, they get the keeper on the floor so they can get some information onto the pitch.

"We had to control our emotions during those tough times and I felt like we did. There were a lot of tough tackles, some silly decisions, but we did well. I wouldn't say they have mastered it, but they have done it for a few years now, so we knew to expect that."
