Tyson Fury in three-word attack on Anthony Joshua as he loses £150m

Tyson Fury was left fuming at ringside as Daniel Dubois' thunderous right hand thwarted his hopes of securing a lucrative fight with Anthony Joshua.

Dreams of an epic showdown between Fury and the former Team GB star next year hinged on Joshua's success against Dubois at Wembley. But 'Dynamite' had other ideas, dropping Joshua thrice and sealing the deal with a fifth-round knockout.

A visibly agitated Fury couldn't mask his frustration as Joshua hit the deck permanently. "That's cost me £150million," he cursed. "The silly c***."

Dubois' surprising victory over Joshua has completely reshaped the narrative in the heavyweight division. A Joshua victory would have almost certainly paved the way for a mega-clash with Fury, with rumours suggesting a two-fight arrangement that could be worth a fortune.

Instead, Joshua's fourth professional defeat seriously tarnishes the prospects of a future bout with the Gypsy King. Meanwhile, after the bout at Wembley, Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn conveyed to the Express, a rematch with Dubois may now take precedence as they consider their next move, reports Wales Online.

"We have another contracted fight with Riyadh Season that could include the Daniel Dubois rematch," said Hearn. "I think we need time. I don't think [Joshua] could have boxed much worse tonight but you have to give Dubois plenty of credit."

Hearn also praised Dubois' performance, saying: "He was brilliant tonight. He put the pressure on. We knew he would be dangerous in the early part of the fight, and the start couldn't have been worse. AJ will believe that he can box much better and beat him, but Dubois will be full of confidence."

The Matchroom chief also hinted at a potential rematch between Joshua and Dubois, stating: "We will have to see what happens [when Fury and Usyk fight] on December 21, if Tyson Fury wins or loses. There's no immediate rush but I know what AJ is like, and he would love to have another crack at him [Dubois]."
