AFCON 2025Q: Super Eagles ready for Libya’s ‘dark arts’ – Simon

by · Daily Post

Moses Simon has said the Super Eagles will be ready for any antics Libya might come up with in their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying fixture.

The Mediterranean Knights employed time-wasting tactics in the encounter between the two teams at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, on Friday.

The North Africans also complained that they were poorly treated by Nigerian officials on arrival in the country.

There are reports that Libyans have called on authorities in the country to enforce strict measures against the Super Eagles.

Simon, however, said the Super Eagles are ready for the Libyans dark arts.

“We are fully prepared for whatever dark arts or tactics Libya might bring,” Simon stated.
