FC Barcelona ace Lamine Yamal provoked Real Madrid and its fans with comments he made following his side's raptorous win over Los Blancos in El Clasico on Saturday.

The 17-year-old had a whale of a time at Bernabeu, as Hansi Flick's men extended their lead to six points at the top of the table via a resounding 4-0 victory.

Smashing home Barca's third goal in the top corner past a hapless Andriy Lunin, Lamine mocked Vinicius Jr. by copying his celebration dance with Alejandro Balde, and also pointed to the name on his back in front of the home crowd like Madrid legend Cristiano Ronaldo once did at Camp Nou.

In the mixed zone post match, and smiling through his Blaugrana braces, Lamine quipped that it's "a lot of fun when you can hear your fans more than those of the rival in its stadium".

Lamine revealed how he told his friends he would score his first goal in El Clasico without a doubt, and if he did he would show his braces as part of a promise fulfilled with his thunderous strike in the 77th minute that came via is supposedly weaker foot

Perhaps thought of by some as being overly-dependant on his blessed left foot, Lamine joked that Madridistas said after his goal: "We thought you didn't have a right leg".

Another criticism that has been thrown at Flick's high fliers is that they hadn't yet faced elite competiton, which is something Lamine brought up.

"When we were winning at the beginning in La Liga it was said that they were mid-table rivals, but now we have beaten two of the best teams in the world in one week," he stated, in a nod to last year's Champions League semifinals foes Bayern Munich and Madrid, who have been beaten 4-1 and 4-0 in a matter of four days.

Lamine noted how Barca scored "two and wanted the third, and then the fourth"

"But there are only three points and we have to move on. We will enjoy a few days off and then think about Espanyol," he said, with that latter match taking place on November 3 at the Montjuic Stadium.
