There's plenty of boxing on TV this weekend, as Liam Davies prepares to take on Shabaz Masoud, while Robson Conceicao will do battle with O'Shaquie Foster in the United States.
Fight fans have two stacked cards to look forward to this evening, Davies and Masoud headlining in the UK. The pair were set to meet in July, but an illness to the 28-year-old Davies meant that the bout had to be postponed until November.
The British super bantamweights have been preparing hard for this fight, with Davies claiming the "best is yet to come" in his career. He told the Shropshire Star: "All the fights are massive, that's down to the people that get behind me and the position I've put myself in. They are all important to me. Everyone I fight is just a name – I've got to do a number on them because I've still got big dreams and plenty more to do.
"I don't even feel like I'm getting going, I'm coming into my prime years, the experience is there now."
Meanwhile, over in the States, Conceicao is preparing for a world title rematch with Foster in New York, as the pair rock out for the WBC world super featherweight title. The initial encounter between the two was close, with Conceicao grabbing the victory by split decision.
Now fans will be lying in wait as the pair get set to duel for either a repeat victory or some sweet revenge. Here, Record Sport has all the details on both fight cards, including where to watch it and who else will be taking to the ring.
What time will Liam Davies vs Shabaz Masoud start in the UK?
The event will take place at BP Pulse LIVE in Birmingham, with the main undercard set to begin at around 7pm UK time and 3pm ET. The main event ring walks will likely take place at around 11pm UK time. The pair will then touch gloves not long before duking it out in the ring.
The fight should not start any later than just after 11pm, but it may well be brought forward if the undercard fights are completed earlier than planned.
