The owner of Rau's IAS Study Circle coaching institute in Delhi’s Rajinder Nagar, where three civil service aspirants died, got interim bail by the Rouse Avenue Court on Monday.

The court extended interim bail to the coaching centre's CEO, Abhishek Gupta, and coordinator Deshpal Singh, allowing them bail until December 7. Both the individuals were granted bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs 1 lakh, along with two sureties of the same amount.

The Delhi High Court had earlier granted interim bail to four co-owners of the basement where the tragedy occurred.

On July 27, three civil services aspirants drowned in the basement library of Rau's IAS Study Circle in the Old Rajendra Nagar area here after it was flooded following heavy rain.

The three who died were Shreya Yadav (25) of Uttar Pradesh, Tanya Soni (25) of Telangana and Nevin Delvin (24) of Kerala.
