Brighton willing to ‘go all out’ for signing – Seagulls ready to ‘put money on table’

Brighton & Hove Albion are keen on signing Sevilla’s Chidera Ejuke, according to a report.

The winger arrived at the La Liga side on a free transfer in June, after his deal at CSKA Moscow expired at the end of last season. He has scored a goal from eight matches this season.

Although his statistics aren’t that impressive, the 26-year-old has managed to cement his place under García Pimienta. Vamos Mi Sevilla FC say his displays have seen Brighton take notice.

It’s claimed there are several teams following the Nigeria international, with the Seagulls in ‘particular’. The report’s title says Fabian Hürzeler’s side are ‘willing to go all out’ to secure his services.

Within the report, it’s claimed the Premier League side are ‘very interested’ in the player. They are willing to ‘put money on the table’ to try and sign him, without mentioning the fee Brighton could propose.

Vamos Mi Sevilla FC feel the English club may table a €15m bid for Ejuke. If that were to happen, the Andalusian club would certainly take this into account because of their own financial situation and that the Nigerian arrived as a free agent.
