Prashant Kishor launches Jan Suraaj Party in Bihar with prominent figures, aiming to bring change to the State.

The party was floated exactly two years after Kishor had embarked on a more than 3,000-km-long 'padayatra' of the state.

At the launch event, Kishore stated that the party has been active for the past two years and recently received approval from the Election Commission of India.

Jan Suraaj Party was launched during a public event in the Veterinary College Ground in Patna in presence of former Union minister Devendra Prasad Yadav, Pavan Varma and former MP Monazir Hassan.

Bharti said that Prashant Kishor said in an interview that he helped make Narendra Modi the Prime Minister. Yet, he hasn’t asked that same PM to establish a factory or push for development in Bihar.
