Bombay High Court dismisses CBI plea against Rhea Chakraborty in Sushant Singh Rajput death case.

The Supreme Court observed that the petition to restore the circulars against Rhea Chakraborty was "frivolous" and filed merely because the accused were "high-profile".

A bench comprising Justices BR Gavai and KV Viswanathan warned the probe agency and remarked it had moved a 'frivolous petition' only because one of the accused was a high-profile person.

In a relief to actor Rhea Chakraborty and her family, the Supreme Court upheld the Bombay High Court's decision to cancel CBI's lookout circular issued against them following Sushant Singh Rajput's death.
