The incident took place on the 13th of October at Rehua Mansoor village in the Hardi police station area of Bahraich in Uttar Pradesh, when a Hindu religious procession, Durga Visarjan, was attacked by an Islamist mob as it was passing in front of a mosque.To date, the Bahraich Police have arrested at least 30 people who were involved in the violence..
