Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ powerhouse PR guru Nathalie Moar has reportedly quit after the disgraced rapper’s dramatic arrest in New York.

Diddy, 54, was arrested on sex trafficking and racketeering charges earlier this week, and he was stunned when a judge refused him bail and ordered the rapper to remain in jail until his federal trial. While his lawyer Marc Agnifilo, told the court his client is “an innocent man with nothing to hide”, it has been reported that Nathalie has unexpectedly quit after more than 20 years working with Diddy.

The 55-year-old was head of communications for the rapper’s multi-million dollar empire, and worked alongside the star on his clothing line and fragrance collection, as well as being on hand to issue statements denying allegations of sex trafficking. According to the Daily Mail, Nathalie is “gone”, and has disconnected her phone, with her email address “no longer active”.

A source told the outlet: “This situation left her with no other option. Diddy was her entire world. She will surely be deposed for this if she has not been already.” The Australian PR powerhouse was handpicked by Diddy in the 1990s to be part of his team, and she was on hand to help shape his image from bad boy rapper to suave businessman. She was also there to help defend the star against allegations of abuse from his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who launched a lawsuit against the music producer in November last year that was quickly settled out of court.

And when Diddy’s properties were raided by US officials in March as part of their investigation in allegations of sex trafficking, Nathalie served her duty as his head of communications by firmly denying his involvement. “Nathalie stuck with him after that. It is now reckoning time for him, and for everyone else involved,” the source added.

Nathalie previously praised her former boss, and in July last year she said she enjoyed being around “his energy”. In an interview with PR Newsweek in 2018, Diddy gushed over his PR guru, and said she had been “in my corner for almost 20 years”. He added: “We’ve been through so much together. She’s involved in all aspects of my business, and her leadership, passion, and hard work continue to exemplify the level of excellence I demand from my team. From Combs Enterprises’ global communications to my personal PR, there’s nobody I trust more to represent me and my brands.”

Diddy is currently residing in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits his trial following his arrest. The rapper faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution for allegedly running a “criminal enterprise” that forced victims to carry out sex acts. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
