Police say they are 'deeply concerned' for the wellbeing of a teenage boy who has been missing for over a week.

Tyler, whose surname has not been disclosed, was last seen in Denton, Tameside, at about 2:30pm on Friday (October 4). He is described as 5ft 7ins tall with brown curly shoulder-length hair, which is possibly in a ponytail.

Officers now say they have had 'multiple confirmed sightings' of him over the week, but Tyler has not yet been located. Police believe he is 'frequenting' Manchester city centre and using public transport to travel around.
