Ukraine updates: EU's von der Leyen vows support in Kyiv

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has arrived in the Ukrainian capital and announced that she was there to provide support ahead of the winter months.

Von der Leyen said that it was her 8th visit to Ukraine and promised support as Russia's invasion grinds on.
