Delhi court defers hearing of Er Rashid's bail plea to Nov 19 - Greater Kashmir

Srinagar, Oct 28: Patiala House Court New Delhi Monday deferred again the bail order of AIP President and MP Baramulla Er Rasheed till 19th November 2024, AIP spokesman Inam-un-Nabi wrote on his official X-handle.

“Since we are considering the jurisdiction issue whether the matter will be heard by this court or the designated MP/MLA court of National Investigation Agency, keep it post that,” the Sessions Judge observed.

Engineer Rashid today flied back to New Delhi to surrender himself in Tihar Jail after his interim bail.
