Ashley Parham filed a suit Oct. 15, recalling an alleged incident from February 2018. The court document says she met one of Combs’ friends, Shane Pearce, at a bar when he called Combs on FaceTime. After expressing she wasn’t impressed with Pearce having a famous friend, the suit says she told Combs she believed he had something to do with the murder of Shakur.

Combs allegedly told her she would “pay” for her statement and also for dismissing him.

The following month, Parham said she rode with Pearce to his home in Orinda, Calif. However, upon the side door being left open, the lawsuit says Combs, his bodyguard and four others entered the residence. Combs allegedly taunted her, stating “she thought she would never see him in person.”

The lawsuit then claims she was threatened with a knife to get onto Pearce’s bed. One of the women who entered the home with Combs allegedly suggested selling Parham for sex or shipping her off where she’d never be seen again. Combs then allegedly forced Parham to undress, sprayed her body with oil that was spiked with drugs and “violently” raped her with a television remote.

The others joined in the assault, per the lawsuit, by taking turns raping her while Combs sat in a chair recording the scene while masturbating. Afterwards, he allegedly shoved a pill down her throat. He later remarked he was surprised she woke up because he gave her “enough drugs to take out a horse,” the lawsuit says. When Parham tried to escape, the suit says she armed herself with a knife and even grazed Combs abdomen as he chased her. Eventually, she made it to the street and was taken in by a neighbor as shots were fired her way, the lawsuit says.

These frightening allegations were filed the same day that six anonymous individuals filed sexual assault lawsuits against Combs. Another hundred are expected to enter the court docket in the coming months while Combs still faces federal charges.

Diddy’s Federal Sex Crime Case

On Monday, Sept. 16, the 54-year-old rap mogul was arrested in Manhattan by federal authorities, six months after they raided his two homes in Los Angeles and Miami. His indictment was unsealed the following morning, revealing charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and engaging in interstate transportation for prostitution. The allegations against Combs include sexual abuse, physical abuse, bribery and various drug offenses.

The most notable claims stem from his so-called “freak off” sex parties, where prosecutors allege women and men were drugged and forced to perform sexual acts at Combs’ pleasure. He was also accused of using video footage to blackmail the victims into compliance.

These allegations were first brought forth by ex-girlfriend and Bad Boy Records signee Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura in a civil suit that accused him of sex trafficking, human trafficking, sexual battery, sexual assault, and other allegations. Combs quickly settled the suit within 24 hours, but lawsuits from other associates have quickly followed in the months since. Most recently, Houston attorney Tony Buzbee announced he’s representing over 100 plaintiffs who came forward with claims of rape, sexual exploitation and sexual assault against the rapper.

While many of the suits since 2023 have been civil, this federal case has Combs facing criminal charges. He has pleaded not guilty, and was denied bail. His trial is scheduled for May 2025.
