The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to release the NEET PG 2024 counselling schedule in the coming days, providing important information for candidates who qualified for this year’s postgraduate medical entrance exam. Once the schedule is out, candidates can check the details on the official MCC website.

According to Dr Lakshya Mittal, the national president of the United Doctors Front Association (UDFA), the tentative schedule for NEET PG 2024 counselling is expected to be updated within the next 2-3 days. He shared this update via a post on X (formerly Twitter), encouraging aspirants to stay tuned for further announcements.

The tentative schedule is based on discussions between the UDFA, the Medical Council Committee, and Health Ministry officials. The NEET PG 2024 exam was conducted on August 11, across 416 centres in 170 cities. Out of the 2,28,540 registered candidates, a total of 2,16,136 candidates appeared for the exam across two shifts. The results were announced on August 23, 2024.

This counselling process will guide qualified candidates through admissions to various postgraduate courses, including MD, MS, DNB, and Diploma programmes.
