Israel releases unseen footage of troops in action during Oct 7 Hamas attacks

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) released two unseen footage of its troops in action during the Hamas attacks on October 7.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) released unseen footage that shows its soldiers in action during the Hamas attacks on October 7 ahead of the first anniversary of the war.

One of the videos showed Israeli troops and border police forces, operating in Kibbutz Re'im, near which 364 people were killed at the Nova Music Festival.

Another footage shows the scene of battle at a police station in Sderot, after Hamas terrorists took control of the building, killing several officers, the IDF said.

Israeli forces used gunfire and bulldozers to recapture the station from the Hamas terrorists.

Hamas attacked southern Israel on October 7 in 2023, killing 1,200 people and taking about 250 as hostages, following which the Gaza war began. Over 42,000 Palestinians have died due to Israeli strikes so far, according to Gaza's health ministry. Over two million Palestinians have been displaced due to Israel's attacks on Gaza.
