Nayab Singh Saini was on Wednesday chosen as leader of the Haryana BJP Legislative Party ahead of taking oath tomorrow as the state's Chief Minister for a second time.

A ceremony took place at the BJP office in Panchkula to choose the new legislative party leader, with the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav as central observers. Also in attendance were Saini's predecessor and Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, BJP's election in-charge for Haryana Dharmendra Pradhan and co-incharge for the state Biplab Deb.
