UGC NET result 2024 expected soon; candidates can check final answer key

The University Grants Commission UGC NET 2024 results for the June session are expected to be announced soon, following the release of the final answer key by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on its official website, i.e., ugcnet.nta.ac.in. While the official result date has not yet been confirmed, candidates can expect the results to be published any time.

Over 9 lakh candidates appeared for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET), and they can now review the final answer key to estimate their scores.

• Award yourself 2 marks for each correct answer.
• No marks will be deducted for incorrect responses.
• Unanswered, unattempted, or marked-for-review questions will not be given any points.

STEPS TO CHECK FINAL ANSWER KEYS

• Visit the official UGC NET website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in
• On the homepage, find the 'Public Notices' section
• Click on the link for 'UGC NET June 2024 Answer Key.'
• Your final answer key will be displayed on your screen
• Download it and take a printout for future reference.

No re-evaluation: There will be no re-checking or re-evaluation of results, and no correspondence regarding this will be entertained by NTA.

UGC NET is conducted twice a year, in June and December. The 2024 June session exam, initially held on June 18, was cancelled due to paper leak allegations.

The revised exams, covering over 80 subjects, were conducted between August 21 and September 4 in two shifts—morning (9:30 am to 12:30 pm) and afternoon (3 pm to 6 pm)—in a Computer Based Test (CBT) format.
