Namo Bharat trains to run two hours early tomorrow for Bhai Dooj
The Namo Bharat trains, running along the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS corridor, will run from 6 am on Sunday as compared to its start time of 8 am.

The Namo Bharat train services will begin two hours before its usual time on Sunday on the occasion of Bhai Dooj, the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) said in a statement.
The transport corporation said that the trains, running along the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS corridor, will run from 6 am on Sunday as compared to its start time of 8 am. Notably, the Namo Bharat trains operate from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm from Monday to Saturday, while the operations begin at 8 am on Sunday.
"To address the expected rise in passenger numbers during the Bhai Dooj celebrations, trains will run with increased frequency throughout the day. This proactive measure aims to deliver a comfortable and expedited travel experience, helping passengers reach their destinations smoothly and without hassle during the festive period," it said.
The Namo Bharat trains started operating on the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS corridor a year ago and have catered to over 40 lakh passengers so far. The trains are operational in a 42-kilometer stretch, spanning nine stations from Sahibabad to Meerut South.
