DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 9: The Nagaland Transparency Public Rights Advocacy & Direct Action Organization (NTPRADAO), while expressing shock at a viral media statement wherein it was stated that “NTPRADAO is satisfied with the PHED clarifications and the allegations against the Department stands withdrawn with immediate effect,” today said that it distances itself from such a vested and self-serving statement by the concern miscreants; of which the organisation and president are not at all involved.

It said the statement was purportedly signed on November 1, 2024 by one person named Richard Humtsoe with a sd/by the organisation President Phemching Konyak.

Claiming that investigation is currently ongoing, and through some reliable sources, it is being enlightened that some top PHED officials are directly involved in the drafting and circulation of the said statement, the NTPRADAO said it would soon file an FIR against Richard Humtsoe and the concerned miscreants for misusing the organizations’ name.

“The seal was also duplicated, and even the date in the round seal was mentioned a future date, i.e., 18th Nov. 2024,” it added.

The NTPRADAO further clarified that Richard Humtsoe is not a member of NTPRADAO, nor is he an Advisor in NTPRADAO or associated with the activities of NTPRADAO in any manner whatsoever. The NTPRADAO has no links directly or indirectly with Richard Humtsoe, it said.
