The family of missing Yorkshire mum Victoria Taylor confirmed nine key facts about her disappearance amidst a frantic search to locate her. The 34 year old, originally from Huddersfield, was last seen at her residence in Malton, North Yorkshire, on Monday morning around 9am.

She was later spotted on CCTV purchasing a soft drink at the MandS located in the local BP garage on Welham Road approximately two hours after she was last seen. At the time, she was dressed in blue jeans, a black Adidas puffer jacket with white stripes down the sides, a grey Jack Wills hooded jumper, wearing a camouflage cap, and carrying a salmon/pink Vans backpack.

Some of her personal objects, including her cap and backpack, as well as the beverages she purchased at the petrol station were subsequently discovered by relatives and friends near the River Derwent, prompting an intensive search and deployment of police divers into the water. Last night (Friday, October 4), Victoria’s friends and families continued their search effort into the late hours, and they rallied once again today (Saturday, October 5), bolstered by messages of determination stating, "WE WILL GET YOU HOME! " Victoria's family, as the search reached its sixth day, took to social media to share nine critical details regarding her sudden vanishing.

In the dedicated Facebook group named 'The search for Victoria Taylor', Laura Moran was requested by the family to disseminate these facts, reinforcing the united aim expressed: "We all want the same thing here, to find Vixx and get her home! ".

"The CCTV footage is her. This has come from family and close friends that know her. The coat is black not blue. It's pixelated from being taken from a screen," Laura stated. She further wrote: "She has NOT got on a train or bus. The CCTV has been reviewed and continues to be reviewed extensively.", reports Yorkshire Live.

"We have to appreciate that the river has swollen due to the weather," Laura explained, "It's not a case of just sending a police officer in the water, it's specialised. They will continue to search the river over the weekend."

She added: "The drones have been used time and time again by the police, yes they are heat seeking and the specialist police team explained how it works. Again your local bobby isn't going to know."

Laura said: "The media, we appreciate the help but the family are trying to support each other and keep it together for the children. Please don't be knocking on the doors of family for a story."

She continued: "If there is any information, it will come from the family through the police."

"Speculation does not help anyone and if it seems an obvious question then the family have already thought it and the family has thought it over and over," Laura said.

She signed the post off with: "Remember BE KIND."
