Andrew Tate says he's moving back to America after Trump victory
by TARYN PEDLER FOR DAILYMAIL.COM · Mail OnlineAndrew Tate has said he is moving back to America after Donald Trump claimed victory in the election despite him being under house arrest over rape charges.
Trump swept to a decisive victory on Wednesday morning after winning a staggering 295 Electoral College votes and claiming several crucial battleground states.
While Trump was still only projected to win, disgraced influencer Andrew Tate took to X/Twitter, writing: 'I'm moving back to America'.
The controversial social media figure then shared a series of posts with his 10million followers on the platform following Trump's victory, including telling one user: 'The men are back in charge'.
But Tate, 37, is currently under house arrest almost 6,000miles away in Romania and is awaiting trial on human trafficking charges along with his brother Tristan and two Romanian women.
Romania's anti-crime agency, DIICOT, is investigating allegations of human trafficking, including the trafficking of minors, engaging in sexual acts with a minor, forming an organized criminal group, money laundering and tampering with statements - all of which allegedly occurred between 2014 and 2024.
The disgraced brothers who are dual US-UK nationals, are also wanted in the UK, where they are facing allegations of sexual assault.
The pair have denied the allegations made against them in both the UK and Romania.

Andrew Tate raped and strangled two women before calling them 'good girl', court documents claim
Tate has previously described himself as 'absolutely a misogynist', while also claiming that 'I'm a realist and when you're a realist, you're sexist. There's no way you can be rooted in reality and not be sexist'.
Following Trump's win, Tate posted: 'THE PATRIARCHY IS BACK,' before reiterating his belief that women should not be allowed to vote.
Last month, the influencer shared a lengthy rant on X/Twitter saying: 'Women shouldn't vote because they don't care about issues outside of how THEY feel.
'They literally can't see the bigger picture for the good of a society and they certainly won't ever sacrifice for it.
'When you tell this to a woman she doesn't answer about the meta point, the average female vote, the ability for democracy to be subverted via their emotionality and impressionability etc.
'There is no concept of anything in the female mind outside of a Trumanshow esque [sic] soap opera, where the entire world and its events exist only for and revolve around them.
'I'm saying this as one of the worlds most famous man [sic], girls who are UNKNOWN, not even famous - think the world is all about them on a level I could never. They can't even see ideas outside of themselves. Nothing exists unless they're in the middle.
'Like a dog can eat food. But a dog can't imagine another dog eating food.'
At the time of posting, the statement was viewed over 900,000 times and racked up a mega 11,000 likes.

Tate girlfriend claims she came out of shower to find him raping friend
Tate referred to Trump as 'the best president in history' and has been slamming devastated Kamala Harris supporters on the platform, telling women to 'make me a sandwich,' and 'Trumps back fellas. Get on your A game'.
In July, Tate and his brother were banned from leaving Romania after a court of appeal overturned a ruling that allowed him to travel within the EU.
The Court of Appeals in Bucharest said it had overturned a previous ruling which allowed the controversial internet personality free movement within the European Union while awaiting trial on charges of human trafficking.
Pending the start of the trial, they are banned from leaving Romania.
Tate and Tristan were initially arrested in December 2022 along with two Romanian women - model Georgiana Naghel and former cop Luana Radu - but were formerly indicted in June last year.
The two female suspects - dubbed 'Tate's Angels' - also face extradition to the UK once their court proceedings in Romania come to an end.
The brothers have been accused of 10 allegations of rape and sexual assault from three alleged victims in the UK.
The pair faced complaints from victims who claimed they were drugged and subjected to sexual acts between 2012 and 2015.

Woman reveals 'disturbing text she was sent by Andrew Tate' after 'he raped her'
Romanian law states the trafficking of adults carries a lengthy prison sentence of up to a decade, as does rape.
The Tate brothers were held in police custody during the criminal investigation from late December 2022 until April 2023, to prevent them from fleeing the country or tampering with evidence.
Romanian prosecutors have said the Tate brothers recruited their victims by seducing them via social media and falsely claiming to want a relationship or marriage - ultimately pretending to fall in love with them before getting them to work for their business after luring them to their villa on the outskirts of Bucharest.
The victims were then taken to properties outside the capital Bucharest, and through physical violence and mental intimidation were sexually exploited by being forced to produce pornographic content for social media sites that generated large financial gain, prosecutors said.
Tate, who has amassed 10.2million followers on X has repeatedly claimed that prosecutors in Romania have no evidence against him and that there is a political conspiracy to silence him.
