Lohardaga DC inspects EVM warehouses ahead of polls

District Election Officer cum Deputy Commissioner Dr. Waghmare Prasad Krishna inspected EVM warehouse, Sadar Block Lohardaga complex, Agricultural Market Committee complex and other places on Saturday regarding the upcoming assembly general elections. During this, the Deputy Commissioner made arrangements for the EVM dispatch point for the polling centers in the upcoming assembly elections, arrangements for vehicles to send the polling parties to the polling center, selection of the site for the strong room, necessary preparations for counting of votes in the counting center, media center. He gave necessary instructions to the officials on points like arrangements etc. During the site inspection, Superintendent of Police Haris Bin Zaman, Deputy Development Commissioner Dilip Pratap Singh Shekhawat, ITDA Director Sushma Neelam Soreng, Additional Collector Jitendra Munda, Sub-Divisional Officer Amit Kumar, Deputy Election Officer Dheeraj Thakur, DSO Gyan Shankar Jaiswal, Executive Engineer Bhawan Division and others. Concerned officials were present.
