Fall immunization now open for bookings, includes flu and COVID-19 vaccines

Saskatchewan residents can now book flu and COVID-19 vaccines for the fall immunization season.

Appointment bookings are now open for the Saskatchewan Health Authority’s fall immunization clinics across the province. Clinics will start the week of Oct. 15.

Vaccines are safe and effective methods of preventing illness and limiting transmission rates this fall and winter, the SHA said in a Tuesday news release, adding that it’s safe to receive both the influenza and COVID-19 vaccines in the same visit.
