You'll need sharp focus to solve this baffling puzzle.

Brainteasers can actually work wonders for your mind. Not only can they help stave off dementia and strengthen connections between brain cells, but they also offer a mood boost by releasing feel-good dopamine whenever you crack one. There are several different types of puzzles out there that all push you to think in different ways, and it's advised you give a range of challenges a go in order to exercise various parts of your brain.

This particular puzzle tests your perception skills. You'll need to study an image to spot the things that look out of place, and the quicker you can do it, the more perceptive you should be to things in the world around you. So, if you're up for the challenge, why not give it a go and see how quickly you can solve it?

The Reddit post above shows a picture of several dice scattered across a grey background. There's not much else going on in the picture, and the minimalistic colour scheme doesn't give you much to look at. But you'll have to put that aside and study this image closely, as there's a puzzle to be solved here.

You may have noticed that all the dice are facing so that the number five is pointing upwards. Or are they? If you look again, you'll find that's not entirely true. There are five dice within the image that have a different number on top, one for each of the other possible numbers on a dice - one, two, three, four, and six.

Your job is to find all five of these odd dice as quickly as you can. Got them all? We're about to tell you where you can find each of them, so if you're still looking - don't scroll any further!

Answer

The dice with the number one on it can be found in the top right of the image, and the number two is also on the right-hand side just further than halfway down. Three is in the top left quarter of the picture, while four can be found just before you get to halfway down on the left side. Finally, the dice with the number six is in the bottom right corner.

Commenters on the Reddit post praised the puzzle for being "fun" without making them want to tear their hair out. One person said: "Fun! And not too challenging. The 4 was the hardest for me to find."

While another added: "Proud of myself for finding them all," and a third posted: "Found all of them! The 3 took me the longest. Thanks for a snipe challenge I could actually do!"

If that brainteaser didn't quite scratch your puzzling itch, why not try this one that's supposed to be so hard that 99% of people fail to get it right? Or have a go at this one, which challenges you to find a frog hidden in the wilderness.
