Head start trick-or-treating

Trick or treaters have started descending on Osoyoos Main Street to get a head start on the Halloween celebrations on Thursday.

The Trick or Treating on Main Street event is organized by Osoyoos Credit Union.

"We hope your costumes are good to go and you are ready for walking up and down and all around Main Street," reads an OCU social media post.

"We will be passing out some candy as well so be sure to stop by and see us."

Several businesses on Main Street are participating, including the Osoyoos BMO.

"Trick Or Treat at BMO Osoyoos today, and with a every donation made to the Juvenile Research Foundation today, you will also get a Special Pumpkin filled with BMO Goodies," reads a BMO social media post.

The family-fun event runs from 2:30 to 5 p.m.
