Ireland weather tracker as two weeks of rare balmy November conditions predicted by Met Eireann
by Sarah Magliocco · RSVP LiveThe late October into early November period is not exactly know for it's forgiving weather, with the temperatures often making their winter drop around this time of year.
The average October temperature in Ireland is 11 degrees, but over the coming weeks, we can expect highs of 17 degrees across the county.
The unseasonably warm weather comes as other parts of Europe experience intense storms and rainfall.

Dry and mild, the weather is due to a band of high pressure, but there will be limited sunshine.
"High pressure keeping most of the rain away for rest of this week but a lot of cloud sadly expected for most of Ireland, just some sunny spells," said Alan O'Reilly of Carlow Weather on X.
"Mild enough too with temperatures of around 13c to 17c."
Met Éireann meteorologist Brandon Creagh also noted that the weather predictions are looking mild.
"It's looking fairly cloudy this week with mist and fog patches gradually clearing through this morning (Tuesday) to leave a dry day for many. Some limited bright spells and just the odd spot of light rain or drizzle.
"In the west and north west however some patchy rain will move in through the late afternoon and evening with highest temperatures today between 13°C and 15°C with a light westerly and variable breeze."
Brandon added: "Into tonight, mostly dry as well with some clear spells especially in the southeast. Some rain or drizzle too with lowest temperatures of 7°C to 11°C and light southwest variable breezes, mist and fog patches developing.
"Tomorrow (Wednesday) will be a largely dry cloudy day with just a little rain or drizzle at times. Highest temperatures of 14°C to 17°C and light southwesterly variable breezes.
"Looking a bit further ahead then to the rest of the week, some rain or drizzle at times although overall a good deal of dry weather with high pressure building through the week," he said.
