Strictly Come Dancing enthusiasts were buzzing after they all pointed out the same thing upon seeing a familiar face in the audience during the fourth live show of the week. Former cast member and Dragons' Den star Sara Davies was a sight to behold as she cheered on EastEnders favourite Jamie Borthwick.

Dressed to impress in a stunning scarlet strapless gown, Sara stood out next to comedian Alan Carr, who had just been reciting Strictly's terms and conditions while plugging his BBC quiz programme moments earlier. Having previously danced with professional Aljaz Skorjanec in series 19, it was clear Sara couldn't resist returning to support her friends on the dance floor.

But it was her transformed appearance that really had viewers on social media abuzz. One admirer commented: "Sara in the audience looks amazing - she's lost so much weight."

Another complimented, saying: "Off topic but Sara Davies looks absolutely stunning in the audience.", reports the Mirror. Then another fan expressed nostalgia, remarking: "I miss her - she looks like she's having a blast."

The business mogul recently shed an astounding four stone, trimming down to a size 12 following a pivotal "trigger moment" for her wellbeing. Prompted by a doctor's pre-diabetic warning and the realisation she needed bigger clothing sizes, Sara chose a healthier path. Completely eliminating sugar from her diet, she not only stopped eating chocolates and sweets but also reduced her carb intake, opting more for vegetables than fruits.

"Miserable as it is, I also stopped drinking alcohol to reduce sugar. During filming, we go for dinner as a pack of Dragons, and Peter Jones has very nice, expensive taste in wine, but I feel so much better for cutting it out. I'm not saying I'll never drink again - I had a hamburger and gin and tonics at my 40th - but I've really enjoyed cutting down."

She touts kombucha as "life-changing", conceding that while it looks "dodgy looking", it makes her feel like she's still having wine sans the calories. Furthermore, she preps her salads every Sunday night, revealing that she has picked up quite a bit from her vegan colleague Deborah Meaden.
