A 'gorgeous' and 'cosy' festive jumper from Marks & Spencer was said to 'look fantastic'. One shopper said the Fairisle Crew Neck Jumper 'caught her eye' as she browsed online, and when it arrived it 'didn’t disappoint'.

The Fairisle Crew Neck Jumper was currently 'in demand' on the M&S website, with more than 60 sold within the last 24-hours. Priced at £35, it was available in brown or red, and sizes XS to XL.

M&S said the "cosy" Fairisle Crew Neck Jumper would get people into "the festive spirit". The product description said the "soft yarn fairisle design" added "seasonal charm", while the bobble detailing gave it a "fun, textured finish".

Elizabeth gave the "gorgeous" Fairisle Crew Neck Jumper five-stars in the review section and said: "This sweater caught my eye when I saw it online. It didn’t disappoint! Warm, soft and cosy ready for the colder weather. So many beige colours about presently so lovely to have something with colour to wear. I chose the extra small as I’m a petite 8-10 and prefer a more fitted look. It’s perfect."

Aman's review of the Fairisle Crew Neck Jumper read: "I bought it in red, which looks fantastic with a pair of jeans. Got a similar one last year, which I still wear. Warm and cosy, great with a body warmer and scarf."

Lizzie added: "Absolutely love this jumper. Fits perfectly (size 14), really warm, ideal for autumn/winter." However a four-star review for the Fairisle Crew Neck Jumper read: "Nice thick, cosy jumper. Lovely colours, true fit but a bit big round the neck." Another read: "This is a lovely jumper. Great colours and very cosy for the upcoming winter. Only thing to point out is these jumpers are a small fit so I sized up."
