MAFS UK star Polly unrecognisable as she unveils new look and teases 'very exciting' news

Married At First Sight UK star Polly Sellman recently left her fans stunned as she unveiled a dramatic new look on Instagram.

The reality star, known for her appearance on the current E4 hit series alongside 'husband' Adam Valentine, took to social media to debut her dramatic transformation since finishing the show earlier this year.

So far, Polly's had a tumultuous romance with Adam especially after Adam confessed that she wasn't his usual type despite their initial closeness. Meanwhile, during a recent retreat for the couples, Polly hurt Adam when she admitted she would switch to another husband, Stephen, during a girls' day game.

However, now several months post filming, Polly, 28, from Kent has been flaunting a fresh look online, complete with a new cropped blonde hairdo instead of her signature fiery red locks.

In a recent Instagram post, Polly posed in a pair of grey high-waisted shorts and cropped blazer combo, teamed with knee-high heeled boots. Polly captioned the snaps with: "Suited and booted for a very exciting day of filming", reports Birmingham Live.

One user took to the comment section to ask her what inspired her transformation after the show to which Polly explained: "I was travelling before and come home from Australia so wasn't anything I thought of, finished filming and was out of work so went to the gym for my mental health and started from there".

Meanwhile, former MAFS star Erica Roberts wrote: "OH MY GOD," while Love Island star Belle Hassan posted a few fire emojis on the post.

It comes after Polly opened up about her experience on the show. Viewers have seen Adam trying to connect with the reality TV star despite confessing that she wasn't his usual type. However, it has now been revealed that there was one deal-breaker that would result in him leaving the show.

Polly was told that she was not allowed to pass wind in front of him, as he would "leave" her. Taking to Instagram to speak to her new following, Polly spoke of Adam's rules that were made behind closed doors and away from the camera.

In an Instagram Story, she said it was normal to break wind but that was one of Adam's ground rules. Responding to one fan's question about issues in her relationship while filming the show, she said: "But I wasn't allowed to fart because he said it was disgusting and he'd leave."
