ITV Big Brother's Lily leaves Loose Women stars 'gagging' over 'nasty' habit

On Monday (October 14), Loose Women descended into mayhem as the panel tackled a segment from 'Big Brother's' first live eviction of the current series, leaving them distinctly unimpressed.

Host Christine Lampard welcomed 20-year-old housemate Lily Benson to the show before rolling a clip showing Lily on the couch post-eviction, indulging in nose-picking with her eyes shut.

The situation escalated when the Chinese takeaway employee appeared unfazed while consuming the fruits of her nasal excavation. Despite clear disapproval from her fellow contestants, Lily has persisted in her nose-picking antics on national television.

Christine addressed her Loose Women colleagues, remarking: "Housemate Lily has been caught digging, and when I say digging, I'm going to ask you to look away if you can't deal with that kind of thing."

Following the airing of the 'Big Brother' footage, Dame Kelly Holmes was audibly gagging, imploring the other panellists to avoid echoing Christine's description of "digging for gold.", reports the Mirror.

"Kelly is horrified, to be fair our audience was horrified then as well", Christine noted, as Brenda Edwards implored the housemates to refrain from such behaviour, labelling it "nasty".

Christine queried Kelly about her tolerance for such sights, to which she responded: "No, nothing like that. That's why I don't go on I'm A Celeb", while feigning nausea.

Brenda added her thoughts, saying: "I don't think there are many people that would be good with sitting and watching somebody doing that and then doing what she did afterward, that's just nastiness."

"For me, I think it's something that you need to stamp out from an early age, like when you're a child."

Brenda spoke candidly about the issue, insisting she would confront anyone nearby who exhibited the same behaviour as Big Brother celebrity Lily, recommending that such matters should be addressed discretely.

She continued: "It's about etiquette, I mean she (Lily) looked like she had fallen asleep doing that, it looked therapeutic for her. No."
