Ben Affleck Was Spotted Moving Out of His Bachelor Pad Rental...

The Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez saga continues—this time, with Ben Affleck once again (!!!!) making real estate moves. The Gigli actor has seemingly packed up his belongings and was spotted moving out of his Brentwood rental—ya know, the one he moved into back when he and J.Lo split up in April.

A quick reminder via a People source: “Ben began moving his things out of their shared home while Jennifer was in New York in April, effectively blindsiding her. He wouldn’t answer texts or calls.”

That! Said!!! These two have since been spotted “kissing” and “holding hands,” but to be clear: Ben is *not* moving back in with his ex. In fact, he’s actually heading to the $20 million bachelor pad (also in Brentwood) that he bought on J.Lo’s literal birthday while she was spending time in the Hamptons.

Meanwhile, Ben and Jen still co-own their $60 million mega-mansion in Beverly Hills, which they’re having trouble offloading. According to TMZ, the home had a buyer (a couple from New Jersey) who made an offer of $64 million. However, they sadly experienced a death in the family and pulled out of escrow, meaning the home is nowhere close to being sold.

As for the latest on Bennifer’s divorce, you ask? A source recently told Us Weekly that things are progressing—despite that aforementioned brunch hookup. As the insider put it, “There’s still a lot of love between them, but the divorce is still going forward.”
