Upcoming Live Event: Empowering Shluchos to Strengthen Their Marriages and Homes

“How do you navigate working so closely together as a couple running a busy Chabad House while keeping your Shalom Bayis afloat?”

It’s a question many Shluchos silently struggle with. Balancing the immense responsibilities of running a Chabad house as a team, with their own respective passions and styles of working, managing their family life, and nurturing a marriage can feel overwhelming. Shlichus presents added stressors in an already hectic day and age, and navigating Shalom Bayis while running a community can prove to be challenging for many. This Monday, Relationshift founder Sara Gita Soble will tackle these very concerns head-on, in a live event tailored to empower Shluchos in their role in their community as well as their marriages.

“Many Shluchos find it challenging to navigate Shlichus with their husbands who often have a whole different approach to how they work. Working closely together can cause a huge strain on the relationship,” shared Sara Gita Soble, “It doesn’t have to be that way. With proper application of the Relationshift principles, the Shlichus itself can build your marriage.”
Relationshift founder Sara Gita Soble, alongside Relationshift Coach and Shlucha Fraidy Gerlitzky, will offer practical insights and a transformative approach to creating the home life and marriage that Shluchos truly desire. Together, they will share personal journeys and real-life challenges they’ve overcome, and sharing their experiences working with women and what Relationshift opened up for them in their Shlichus.

“Working on something you deeply care for such as your Shlichus together with your husband can be hard. It’s especially challenging when you have very different ways of approaching it. ” shared Fraidy Gerlitzky, Shlucha to Kona, The Big Island of Hawaii, and Relationshift coach. “The Relationshift principles have opened up a world of possibilities for connection and teamwork in my marriage and Shlichus, in a way I never thought was possible. I can maintain the full version of me, and my husband can maintain the full version of him, and together we can create something better than we could on our own.”

With the busy Tishrei season approaching, this timely event will provide an essential lens for Shluchos to strengthen their marriages while continuing their vital community work.
