Gogglebox star Tom Malone Snr is looking trimmer than ever after some impressive weight loss. The Malone family, who shot to fame after joining the Channel 4 show in 2014, have seen quite a transformation since then, reports OK!

Both Tom and his wife Julie managed to shed some pounds during the Covid lockdowns, with Tom looking particularly trim in a video alongside his TikTok star son, Tom Jnr. In the clip, the pair are seen showing off their best moves, lip-syncing and performing a routine, with Tom captioning the post: "Some Dad dancing".

His dad, known for his grumpy facial expressions, puts on a hilarious performance in the video, which Tom Jnr posted in 2020, energetically waving his arms and shaking his hips. His leaner figure is accentuated by a slim-fit t-shirt paired with jeans. Back in 2020, Julie also wowed her followers by posting a snapshot on social media, rocking denim shorts and a casual tee, lounging in an armchair.

Her new slender physique quickly became a hot topic among her fans, sparking questions about whether the Malones' trademark cakes and treats would vanish with the return of filming. Addressing the speculation, Julie responded: "The boys and grandkids would go mad if there were no goodies we are still having them but in moderation, but that goes out of the window sometimes lol xx."

Off-screen, this popular TV family boasts a huge following on their social media platforms, where they frequently share snippets of their lives. Earlier in the month, precisely on October 10, Tom and Julie announced a special milestone on Instagram – their wedding anniversary celebration. Alongside a snapshot displaying the heartfelt cards exchanged, they gushed: "Happy Anniversary to us ! ! ! 32 years ! ! ! Kids, grandkids and not forgetting the doggies! Feeling blessed!"
