England and Manchester City star Jack Grealish has joyously revealed the birth of his first child with girlfriend Sasha Attwood - after keeping it secret for 10 days.

Premier League winner Grealish and his partner shared an adorable snap of their daughter on Monday night, welcoming Mila Rose Grealish to the world, hours after a delighted Grealish had rocked up on international duty with the Three Lions.

Writing on Instagram, £100million Grealish announced: "Mila Rose Grealish. 27/09/24." Sasha also took to the social media site to share the same snap, declaring: "27/09/24. Mila Rose Grealish. The most special moment of my life."

The pair were quickly inundated with comments from celebrity friends, creating the happy couple after revealing they had become a family of three. Grealish's England team-mate Jordan Pickford's partner Megan declared: "Perfection love you so much already Mila Rose. Auntie Megs can’t wait to buy you frilly socks and tutus xxx".

Grealish's former England and Aston Villa team-mate Ross Barkley said simply "Congrats lad," alongside a red heart, while current Three Lions star Declan Rice simply replied with a heart emoji and a face emoji with heart eyes.

Music star Tom Grennan replied "Congrats brooo" and Sky Sports pundit Jamie Redknapp declared: "Congratulations to you both".

Grealish's best mate, Republic of Ireland international Callum Robinson, sent three heart emojis and a crossed fingers emoji on instagram.

There were no comments from Grealish's Manchester City colleagues however, with Pep Guardiola's men having been aware that Grealish had stepped into fatherhood following the birth at the end of last month.

Indeed, Grealish played at Newcastle in the 1-1 draw the day after, and has also since featured in wins for the Premier League champions in matches against Slovan Bratislava - in the Champions League - and against Fulham at the weekend.

And the social media announcement won't have come as a surprise to Grealish's England pals and interim boss Lee Carsley, after the squad met up earlier in the day at St George's Park where a beaming Grealish was grinning from ear to ear and was congratulated by team-mates and England staff.

Grealish joined up with the squad, including skipper Harry Kane, for their matches against Greece - at Wembley on Thursday - and Finland - in Helsinki on Sunday - on Monday.

The news comes after Sasha revealed she was finding it hard to fit clothes that fitted her at seven months pregnant. Just weeks before giving birth, Sasha revealed she was "on edge" but admitted she was "beyond blessed" to be having a child with her teenage sweetheart.

The pair met when they were just teenagers, attending the same school in Solihull, in the West Midlands.
