Strictly's Tasha says she has 'hottest man on the planet' as she addresses Strictly curse

Love Island star Tasha Ghouri has fiercely defended her relationship with Andrew Le Page amid Strictly curse rumours, as she admits the pair trust each other completely

Tasha Ghouri has fiercely dismissed rumours of a Strictly Come Dancing curse, as she insists she’s got "the hottest man on the planet" by her side.

The Love Island star is among the many celebs waltzing their way across the dancefloor, eager to impress the judges and viewers at home as they compete for the coveted Glitterball trophy. She is partnered with returning Strictly pro dancer Aljaž Škorjanec.

As they kicked off rehearsals for their first week, Tasha, 26, has been sharing behind-the-scenes moments on her and Alijaz on her TikTok page, posting funny videos from backstage as they take part in trends. The hilarious duo are already proving to be a fan favourite pairing among the public.

However, this week Tasha revealed she is completely unfazed by the so-called “Strictly curse” while branding her boyfriend, Andrew Le Page, 29, "the hottest man on this whole planet" The couple first met on “Love Island” in 2022, and have been going strong ever since. And now, Tasha believes so strongly in their love that she’s sure they’ll tie the knot one day.

She told The Sun: "Andrew, to me, is the hottest man on this whole planet. I look at him and I’m like: ‘Yeah, that’s my man!’ Me and Andrew trust each other 100 per cent.

"It’s not a make-or-break for us. We’re going to breeze through this because we’re going to marry each other one day, you know? It doesn’t bother us at all. We didn’t have a discussion about ‘the Strictly curse’ because we trust each other. It doesn’t play on our mind.

Despite their strong bond now, Tasha and Andrew's relationship hasn’t always been smooth sailing. They both faced heartbreak during Casa Amor when they betrayed each other, and opted to couple up with someone new.

But the Strictly star now says they completely "trust each other" and revealed that her boyfriend has been supporting her by dropping by during rehearsals.

“He has no worries at all. If anything, he was super-happy and could see the great partnership we had. He came to rehearsals the other day and watched for a little bit.

Meanwhile, Alijaz is said to be happy in his relationship with It Takes Two host Janette Manrara, after the pair welcomed their bundle of joy, their adorable daughter named Lyra, last year.

Tasha expressed: "Aljaz taught Andrew some dance moves, which was funny. Aljaz is so happy with his wife [Janette Manrara] and we went on a double date last night, and had a lovely dinner with their beautiful daughter, Lyra. Andrew’s been so supportive through it all.”
