Strictly Come Dancing's second week hasn't gone off to a good start after Tom Dean's dance partner suffered a wardrobe malfunction.

Strictly Come Dancing star Tom Dean's Cha Cha didn't exactly go according to plan thanks to a wardrobe mishap.

The Olympic swimmer and his dance partner Nadiya Bychkova were the first to take to the dance floor this week with a Cha Cha to Earth, Wind and Fire's Boogie Wonderland.

The pair stepped out in matching dazzling costumes but midway through their routine, Nadiya's costume got caught, causing her to make a slight stumble.

Nevertheless, the pair carried on with the number and this didn't go unnoticed by the judges when it came to giving their critique.

Shirley Ballas was the first to give her opinion on their routine and pointed out the "tiny mishap", stating that it was on Nadiya's part.

Strictly Come Dancing is now in full swing with the celebrities going head-to-head each week in a bid to impress the judges and viewers at home.

In week one, it was JLS singer JB Gill who wowed everyone with his charming Waltz to Leo Sayer's When I Need You with professional dancer Amy Dowden, scoring big with 31 points.

She made a triumphant return to the show after being too ill to compete last year as she recovered from stage three breast cancer.

Meanwhile, on the other end of the leaderboard was singer Toyah Willcox and her partner Neil Jones whose Tango to Madonna's Ray Of Light left a lot to be desired, earning them just 12 points.

But things can change very quickly on Strictly so who will be the first to leave the competition this weekend?

Strictly Come Dancing continues every Saturday on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
