Geordie Shore's Gaz Beadle went Instagram official with his new girlfriend a year after announcing his split from wife Emma McVey

Gaz Beadle looked loved up as he went Instagram official with his new girlfriend during a sunny holiday in Spain.

The Geordie Shore star, 36, shocked fans when he and his wife Emma McVey, 31, announced their split in October 2023 after just two years of marriage. The duo began dating in 2016 and welcomed son Chester in January 2018 and daughter Primrose in December 2019. In 2021, they tied the knot in a lavish ceremony and for six years they spent time renovating their home in Leeds.

Following their split, the TV personality was said to have started casually dating pro golfer Charley Hull while Emma went public with her new man. However, it looks like Gaz moved on with blonde bombshell Maia Ellen as he took to social media to share a sweet snap of them enjoying the beach in Spain after their trip to Morocco in August.

Gaz took the selfie but gazed lovingly at Maia as she beamed back at him. She rocked a pleated white bikini and sunglasses as they stood on the beach. "Winter sun with you. Thank you for everything," he captioned the post. In pictures shared on her page, it's revealed that he asked her to be his girlfriend during their lavish trip to Marrakesh.

He wrote out 'Will you be my gf' on the hotel bed and decorated it with rose petals. In Gaz's 'August dump' on his page, he shared a video compilation of pictures of him and his kids. He snuck in a few subtle photos of him with girlfriend Maia but her face was wrapped in a scarf.

When Gaz posted the first snap of the couple, fans went crazy in the comment and congratulated the two. One user said: "Ahhhhhh sooooo happy to see this!!!! Couple goals, you deserve all the happiness," while another posted: "Been waiting for this [heart emoji] yous are lush together."

The reality star casually revealed his split from Emma in an Instagram Q&A with fans last year, when Gaz was asked if he and Emma were still together. He replied: “Hey no we actually separated about 3 weeks ago we are still friends there is no bad blood or anything and we have worked out the best way of doing it for the kids which for me and Emma is always gunna be the most important thing.” He added: “We both deserve to be happy as well as being parents.”
