Holly Willoughby is unrecognisable in very cute throwback snap with rarely-seen sister Kelly

This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby was left squirming in her seat as her mum Lynne shared some very cringeworthy throwback pictures of her and her sister Kelly

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were left squirming in their seats as they took a trip down memory lane, looking at their adorable yet slightly embarrassing childhood photos. Back in 2017, Holly turned red-faced when her mum Lynne revealed some nostalgic snaps on TV, giving viewers of This Morning a good chuckle.

The 36 year old presenter couldn't hide her embarrassment as the pictures were shown on All Round to Mrs Brown's. Comedian Brendan O'Carroll, brandishing one of the photos, asked: "Who's this?" Lynne responded with a laugh: "Holly and Kelly, her sister. They're just always cuddling, always together," noting their tight bond," reports OK!

Clad in a white dress and with pigtails, a young Holly was hardly recognisable as she embraced her sister in the photo. When asked who tended to be the bossier sibling, Lynne revealed: "Holly would always beat Kelly even though she was the oldest if they had a tumble."

But Lynne didn't stop there; she continued to share more stories, much to Holly's dismay. "She was quite happy under the table with a bit of cotton. In her own world. She used to make brilliant bird boxes out of wood. It was a bit freaky when she made this eight foot cross, she stapled all these rhododendrons to the cross. And then she tapped on the window and we had to then think 'This is a bit weird,' so we had to drag it up the street to church. It was Easter."

Holly's co-host and former pal Philip couldn't contain his laughter, cracking up as Holly shook her head and covered her face with her hands. Holly's sister Kelly, speaking to Express.co.uk about their bond, once shared: "We're like two sides of the same coin. We even lived together, until we found our other halves."

As godmothers to each other's children, Holly opened up about the close bond she shares with her sister, revealing: "We've never not got on. But we're very honest with each other and sometimes you go 'grr...' but we're sisters so you can get away with that. We've even liked each other's boyfriends."

Kelly currently holds the position of managing director at Hollys health and wellness company Wylde Moon. Holly initiated this venture in September 2021, with an aim to create a lifestyle space where she could share her top picks for beauty and fashion.

Additionally, the website is home to a monthly podcast, often featuring celebrity pals of the famed Dancing on Ice host.
